How to place your order

1. Click Request Order to open your email client with your basket details already filled in. Check the details and send the email to us.
2. If you don't have an email application set up, or would prefer to use a different email address, click Copy Order Details. Paste the details into an email from your preferred email address and send it to admin@tristy.co.uk.
3. Once your email has been sent, there is nothing else you need to do. You can check your Sent folder if you wish, but as long as the email has been sent, we'll receive your order.
4. We'll check your order and be in touch to confirm it and send your invoice for secure payment through PayPal.
5. Your order isn't charged or confirmed at this stage. If you don't receive your invoice within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder.

There is no need to resubmit your order — we'll take care of everything from here.
